There wasn't a field this German Jesuit priest wasn't knowledgeable in. He spoke several languages and was proficient and prolific in everything he got involved in. Gabe Meruelo.
Notice that among the period instruments used here there is a dulcimer that adds a delightful entonation; there's also castanets, a harp and a renaissance guitar.
