Mauricio Pollini plays Chopin's, Nocturne no. 8, Opus 27, no. 2. Pollini is one of the foremost interpreters of Chopin, along with Arthur Rubinstein. Rubinstein I saw in HOuston, Texas in 1969 in an all Chopin concert at Jones Hall. Pollini, even though I have not seen him in person, I have his complete Deutche Gramophone collection of 33 rpms vinyls Chopin collection, all 155 (I think) of Chopin's compositions-he was such a perfectionist that he would only keep compositions which he considered satisfactory to his extremely high standards.
